How to Set Recipe and What Is Step<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Our spin coaters employ a 10-step system, and up to 100 pattern recipes are programmable (10 steps \/ 100 patterns).
\nOne recipe contains 10 steps, each containing settings for rotation speed, acceleration\/deceleration time, and hold time. These settings make it easy to achieve the desired operation and allow for a wide variety of test condition settings.

Customize number of steps and patterns<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>
The number of steps and patterns can be changed to 20 steps \/ 50 patterns or 50 steps \/ 20 patterns at the time of ordering for the AC servomotor-driven ACT-A series. Although the number of patterns decreases, this customization allows users to make more advanced settings for each recipe as the number of steps increases.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
